There are 8 cases in the docket, one of a minor (behind closed doors), two of detainees
barred from seeing counsel (one of these has already been transferred to Ofer).
We report on one case of the “barred” detainee, the part where the sides exchange questions and answers while the detainee is absent from court, which is the part we attended.
Most of the other cases ended with plea bargains and were moved to the prosecution. In these cases (with detainees from Bethlehem and Beit Jala) the protocols differ only in the names and ID numbers of the detainees.

The investigator requests a 15-day remand extension.

Defense summation: We object to the request. If he is accused of a specific event on a certain day, or if he has an alibi – this may render other investigations unnecessary. There ought to be a judicial review. The detainee is barred from seeing an attorney and is not receiving any legal aid.
We left the court with the attorneys, and the detainee was brought in.
