Judge: Lieut. Col. Zvi Heilbronn

Police Investigator: Zahran Halabi

Defense: Maamoun Hashim, Judd Kadmani, Hader Daibas

We received a list of eight hearings. On further examination we realized that 3 had already been transferred to Ofer Military Court. One of them was of a detainee barred from seeing counsel.

The remaining 4 hearings were dealt with assembly line style.

In all of them there was an agreement between the sides, approved by the judge. It was hard to distinguish who was who.

All four were charged with belonging to a unit that threw firebombs and rocks. They were also defined as having negative potential and posing danger to security in the region.

Attys. Kadmani and Hashim pointed out that the detainee had been stung by mosquitos in his hands and face and requested medical attention. The judge added to the protocol that within 24 hours he needs to be referred to the proper medical agency.

It is our estimation that the investigators have a lot of work right now due to the many arrests made following the events on Route 60. Hence the files are transferred to Ofer, with both sides agreeing.

The detaineesinfo-icon are from Qalandiya, Abu Dis, Bethlehem and Safa.

All were born in the nineties.
