Afternoon

Has anything changed since last week?  Our report, and the one written the next day, both show cooperation among the soldiers, who gave answers to all those

who sought them until closing hour.
Etzion DCL, 15:15: the parking lot and waiting area were full.  The soldier who answered our call acknowledged that the area was full, but said he’d let more people in within 10 minutes.  Over the next 15 minutes, 8 Palestinians left the area.  Meanwhile, the soldier let in a Palestinian doctor hurrying to a shift at the Hadassa hospital, as well as two men waiting for a policeman, who despite the hour was still there.  At 3:50, those leaving the office with a magnetic card said there are no more people waiting for a card inside.  The soldier was friendly and cooperative, and then said that all those who were waiting, about 15 by this point, would presently be let in.
In sum, over the span of 75 minutes, 25 people went into the office.  This is relatively not a bad number at all.
