Afternoon
Seriously? Does this make us safer?

 Etzion DCL:
14.15 : The waiting hall was empty.  A young man, who had been  summoned to  appear before the policeman, and had not been taken inside, was waiting  outside.  He said that there were six people in the hall, all of them had gone in an hour earlier but none had come out yet.  We phoned the policeman who said that he was in a meeting and would receive the man who was waiting when it finished.

14.35 : A man who had received a magnetic card came out ;  he said that he had arrived at 13.00.  After him, a group of people, who said that they had arrived an hour before, came out.

A young man approached us and told us that his brother had been burned and suffered from bad scars on his face.  He had received an invitation from a doctor in Tel Aviv to come for treatment tomorrow.  He was refused a permit to enter Israel, because the invitation came from a private doctor, and entry-permits are given only to people who have been invited by a hospital..  We spoke to Dalia Bassa who said that she would speak to someone in the civil administrationinfo-icon.  She was told that the invitation  should be sent to her and she would pass it to the civil administration office.

15.55 :  The young man, who had asked for a permit for his brother  received the permit after he had spoken to Dalia and to an officer in the DCL.

16.10 :  Four people who had arrived at 15.00 came out, and another five after  them. According to them, only another three or four remained inside.

We left.
