Etzion DCL, Tue 27.3.12, Afternoon

3.30-4.00 p.m.  A short visit as it was so quiet.
Etzion DCL:  when we arrived there were three cars in the parking lot but by the time we came out they had all gone.
A couple from Bethlehem came in.  While the wife went in for a permit, (which she received in about five minutes), the husband helped us translate a notice.  This was to the effect that the owner of a plot of ‘unused’ land in Beit Jalla was to register it within 45 days.  We hope that this owner also received a personal notification!
