14:15 like last week, the parking lot was full. Unlike last week, the waiting hall was empty. Some people who received magnetic cards came out. They said that about twenty people are waiting inside and the soldiers are addressing them in the order of their arrival. For all the time we were there satisfied people came out one by one. No one complained.

We could not find out why last week the waiting people were not let in and many waited from six in the morning until four in the afternoon.
