They covered the entrance fences with fancy bamboo decorations. Is this related to the Pope's pending visit? Probably not, he won't come to that side. Are they trying to hide something? Because it doesn't really hide much...

Today, too, the atmosphere is relaxed. Everybody passes. They pass the children by declaration only: "It's my son, it is my daughter" and they aren't required to produce a deed or permit.

Three  windows are open. Most of the time there is no line. 

The security guards are quiet and try to assist when needed.
