Morning

Etzion DCL
We arrived at DCL just before 09:00. There were many cars in the parking lot but the waiting room was almost empty. Five people who were waiting went in and out quickly. It seemed as if "Captain Victor" was there, because even those who were waiting for GSS entered relatively quickly. Since not many people arrived we left at 10:45 and went to Hebron. The policeman apparently was not present all week - If this is indeed the case it’s an outrage.

We went to Hebron. We began at Abed’s shop he was abused yesterday by Baruch Marzel and his cohorts as was seen on TV. Our driver from the south was pleased to see us and said that our southerners friends went to Tel Romaida. Abed's son was in the store and we bought some things from him, as much as we could afford. We continued to Tel Romaida. Shuhada Street is almost empty, and only on our way back to the Cave of the Patriarchs we met children who were returning from school. Our friends from the southern group also reported on a quiet morning.

We left and as we were trying to pass through an unmarked road we heard from a Border Policeman that they will not let us pass and that we should go from “there”. “There” was "around the next corner" - but we decided there was no point in arguing especially since the Border Policeman threatened that: “because of you I won’t have a day off on Sabbat”.
This threat worked!!!!
