07:00 AM, Bethlehem -Checkpoint 300:  five windows are open, at each some 2-5 persons. According to them the demand from the Palestinian side is great, and they said that it takes them between one hour and one hour and a half to pass the checkpoint. We contacted Edri, and after some moments people started coming in.

till closed, only  about 30 people are waiting. This small number, I suppose, is due to the strike.

All are standing in line according to the names called out by the Palestinians according to a prepared list. An officer came out with two soldiers, one of which ordered the whole line to move back 10 meters and all this although they were standing the concrete partition; the line was still well organized. The officer announces the procedure in Hebrew: no numbers are handed out, all come inside the waiting room and he assures to give out numbers according to the line they formed.

nd yes, they moved a large stone somewhat and thus formed a narrow passage for pedestrians on the road. It is no more necessary to climb over a mound of stones or an earthen wall. Did we improve the road?
