South Hebron Hills

We met Rania who lives in a small village between Negohot A and Negohot B.  She  tells us about  a settler who lives nearby on a farm and roams freely with his sheep and dogs near their houses and harasses them. She called the police who were not interested in intervening and helping.

In addition, the road to Negohot has been  widened and the new area is fenced off in Negohot A, and the work continues throughout the day and at night.

We continued driving to Khursa's pillbox. We met Tawfiq from the hardware store and he is angry that he has to arrange a permit from the Hebron DCO when there is an event like a wedding or funeral, at the Diwan, which is the gathering place. It is next to the checkpoint and the pillbox.  This makes it very difficult for  the Palestinians as  all gatherings and participation takes place under the supervision of the army.
