It seems that the weather has affected everyone.

What leaps to one’s eyes was the sign that says without the slightest shame is that the settlers of Hebron intend to connect the old and the new neighborhoods by chewing up the area bit by bit.

The Hazon David  synagogue, which has already been evacuated several times by court because it is on private land, is the inscription ... ... connecting  the new and ancient the city of the patriarchs. Kiryat Arba is Hebron.

And along the whole of road 60 yellow concrete blocks have been set up. It is not  clear what the purpose is unless it is to have a place to shelter in time of crisis.
